Who we are

This site is operated by an independent introducing partner of Weltrade, working under partner code CX40997. We are not Weltrade, we do not hold client funds, and we do not execute trades.

Your trading account, deposits, withdrawals and any dispute about them are governed entirely by your agreement with Weltrade.

What this site provides

Guidance on opening and verifying an account, choosing an account type, installing MetaTrader 5 and taking part in Weltrade promotions.

Nothing here is personal financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or a promise of any result. If you need advice about your circumstances, speak to a licensed adviser in your jurisdiction.

Partner compensation

We may receive commission from Weltrade when someone registers under our partner code and trades. This does not increase your trading costs, and it does not change the fact that we would rather you understood the risks than opened an account you regret.

Accuracy of information

Minimum deposits, leverage, payment methods, promotion terms and licensing all change, and they vary by country. We update this site in good faith but you must confirm current details in your Weltrade dashboard or on Weltrade's own pages before acting on anything.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country and legally permitted to open a trading account there. Some promotions and account types are unavailable in certain regions. Do not use this site to open an account on someone else's behalf.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed promotions, delays in verification, or any decision you make based on information published here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the portal and the underlying broker offering change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
